I had heating problems just before New Year. Rather than charge me, guessing it was a simple issue, Simon talked me through how to diagnose and then fix the problem myself. This probably took an hour of his family time and yet he wouldn’t charge.
A week later, I have totally different boiler problems due to a frozen condensate line. Simon has again talked me through how to get back up and running and how to avoid the same problem in the cold weather ahead. After prompting, all he wants is a charity donation.
I have used Simon for several years now and he has always been brilliant.

Amazing. We had heating in our radiators from our boiler but no hot water supply. Simon called me back (on a Saturday) and walked me through all the diagnostic checks with marked up photos and clear instructions and then recommended a temporary fix. Which worked and then he proceeded to advise me on what I needed to buy to fix the problem permanently, complete with a website link.
